I was originally going to call this one “The Red Queen” but when I looked at the pictures, it simply reminded me so much of strawberries with its reds and pinks that she just had to have Strawberry in her name.  And so Strawberry Fields she is!  She was originally a vintage brooch in need of a little TLC.  I cleaned her up, replaced some missing pearls (I believe some of the rhinestones might also have been replaced, just not by me) and made her a chain to complement her lovely strawberry colors.  The chain a double-strand, hand strung concoction of recycled vintage beads from a variety of other vintage necklaces and adjusts from 17 to 20 inches.  The pictures show Strawberry Fields at her shortest but she can be worn much lower on the neck simply by adjusting the hook along the chain.  She is a simply stunning one of a kind original statement of wearable art and is signed by me in 14KGP. The components of this beauty range from fifty to seventy years old; they are in very good condition for their age but a few minor chips, scratches, fading or other surface blemishes may exist. Like their human counterparts, these minor flaws and variations makes them, in my opinion, all the more beautiful.
